God is good..as a Christian for 30 years now, i had tasted of His goodness and victory and peace in times of trouble, tribulation, turmoil, confusion and pain. God is our Deliverer, He would not allow us to endure beyond what we are not able to---. wow..few wedding dinners for this month, attended a grand dinner yesterday nite, huge guest list... met so many of my fellow colleagues who had retired some years ago, its was good time of reunion for dinner as such. each new day is a challenge to our lives, many bad news, good news--a few, but its a fact of lives-- this is how we as christian knows that God is our strength--i am reminded of this song--this is the day that the Lord has made, i will rejoice and be glad it it.... | time to conserve with your finance, each day there are enough of bad news economically, politically, socially... and in each household you hear of differences..... how nice if everyone else learn to be a little more patience, gentle, tolerant and long suffering.. and a little more respect for each other and we dont need religion or christianity or spirituality to conduct lives with those qualities! Its pure common sense and good sense of emotional and intelligence quotion , many times, human being had these supreme self centeredness and as such resulting in all poor communication and misconduct... .I suppose the key word is to learn to let go .... and learn to allow people freedom and learn to have strong sense of security without having to fear any failure... | | |
| what's wrong leh? why the internet connection so slow? my time is precious.. i need to go jogging ,read up newspaper, tidyup some chores.. but waiting to get into my blog really eat up my time... good chat with Josh n Glor over the weekend.. i will persist to pray and believe that God will cover both of them.. may His grace once again reign.... miss my traders club meeting for few months.. good that i attended today.. hey ! the world 's economy is not doing good.. .. technically afew countries already in recession.. one of them NZ... the currency rates is low now.. abt 2.25 to 1NZD. And appeared that USD going to rise for the next few months. A few countries in Asia are moving into slow down.eg Spore and HK soon, and Australia not spare off too....we truly need God's guidance in terms of our financial mgmt... these periods too ,alot of people are in financial trouble, eg..over committed, unwise borrowing and worse still become victims of guarantor for people... never, never ever be guarantor for people if we never have the financial means and especially the borrower simply borrow for luxury or for personal advances... Warren Buffet ,the great investment gurus is one to follow, he is such a humble person.. bilionaire yet he had such stringent financial prudence in his own life. | it seemed to rain everyday now..is it a raining season? well, good too.. otherwise pretty warm most of the time.. wow, i am loosing my discipline, postponing lots of my work each day.. and now it are these work does not appeared to be important anymore... i am in shopping craze mood ... i long to go shopping but lazy to drive around...ahh.. i am still trying to be a good blogger, want to write something very real?? still dun feel comfortable.. waiting for Dec when both my children are back ..meantime keep praying for God's grace and faithfulness to dwell in them and His mercies endured forever.. | | |
| It used to be the best and most exciting day of the week, why? enjoyed fellowhip and worship in the church, it had since some "days" back that we seemed to miss these love, joy, peace... sad that " worldliness " can crept into the holy ground....
